The company was established by CEO Chris Long in the summer of 2015 but the idea behind this particular style of training has evolved since Mr. Long trained for years to become the fittest player he could possibly be while playing football from the age of 11 on up to his debut professionally. Through years of research as well as decades of being mentored by Sports Performance leaders Chris developed his system of training which will help develop the most important aspects of human performance, Speed, Power, Agility, Strength, and Endurance!
