COACHING CONSULTANT - MOBILITY, PLIABILITY, AND FLEXIBILITY SPECIALIST
Sarah’s love for fitness began at a young age as a dancer, training in jazz, modern, ballet, tap and contemporary. Originally from Seattle, WA she moved to California to attend Chapman University where she graduated with high honors and received a B.S. in Kinesiology with a Dance Emphasis and B.F.A in Dance Performance. Naturally, her Pilates class is a fusion of her two backgrounds. Sarah is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has received her Balanced Body Pilates certification in Mat I/II. She enjoys living an active lifestyle and finding ways to tie together her two loves of fitness and dance both inside and outside of the studio. Sarah strives to assist individuals in learning how living a healthy lifestyle can be enjoyable as well as providing a safe and motivating environment in which to work hard!
